After unwinding, the surface of the tape should be free from impurities, stains, and the thickness of the adhesive layer is uniform and continuous, and no glue and glue layer separation on the substrate should occur.

What should you pay attention to when using sealing tape?

First, according to the needs and conditions of the sealing tape, the type of tape is reasonably selected.

Second, found that the tape is damaged, to find the cause, repair in time to avoid the appearance of adverse consequences.

Third, do not fold the adhesive tape, put it in a roll, and store it for too long, it should be flipped once every quarter;

Fourth, the adhesive tape should be stored in the warehouse to avoid sun and rain; it is forbidden to contact with the organic solvent of acid and alkali oil, keep it clean and dry, and the room temperature is between -15 °C and 40 °C away from the discovery device.

5. Keep the adhesive paper drag roller, the vertical roller is flexible, and the tension is moderate. Do not let the tape creep or snake.

6. Foreign substances will affect the belt eccentricity, tension difference, and even breakage, and maintain the cleanliness of the surrounding environment of the adhesive tape, which is the basic condition for the good operation of the adhesive tape.
